North America
Where it all starts for us. Mexico grows the kind of coffee that eases you in, smooth and easygoing, with a soft chocolate sweetness that never asks too much of you. This is the cup we hand people first.
Central America
The comfortable middle. Clean, bright, and a little sweet, the way good coffee is supposed to taste before anyone complicated it. Think caramel, red apple, a smooth finish. Easy to love, hard to get tired of.
South America
For when you want your coffee to show up. Big and round, full of cocoa and toasted nuts, the kind of cup that fills the room and holds its own with breakfast. This is where black coffee starts to feel like a habit worth keeping.

Chiapas
The coreOur backbone. Grown high in the mountains and washed clean, so what you taste is pure coffee, cocoa and a little orange, smooth all the way down. If you only ever try one, make it this.
Veracruz
EverydayThe one you reach for half asleep. Gentle, round, and forgiving, sweet enough to enjoy black without thinking twice about it. No fuss, just a good cup, every single morning.
Oaxaca
The special oneWorth slowing down for. Softer and a little floral, with a brightness that opens up as it cools. This is the cup you make when you actually have a minute to enjoy it.
Nayarit
RareThe one we can't always get. Small lots from hard to reach farms, so when it shows up it's a treat. Delicate, clean, and a little bit special. Blink and it's gone.
